My Journey
My journey into herbal wellness began at a young age, when I became interested in using natural herbs and vitamins to support my health.
In my early twenties, I worked in law enforcement in a demanding environment where maintaining strong health and consistency was essential. I focused on staying active, exercising regularly, and incorporating herbal supplements into my daily routine. I was able to complete a 20-year career with an excellent attendance record.
Years later, I experienced unexpected joint discomfort that significantly impacted my daily life. After exploring conventional options, I decided to return to my foundation — researching natural ingredients and wellness approaches.
Through extensive research, I focused on simple, plant-based ingredients such as turmeric, ginger, and cayenne, which have been traditionally used to support joint comfort and overall wellness. I began creating my own capsules and incorporating them into my daily routine.
Over time, this experience inspired me to share what I had learned with others. What started as a personal journey grew into a business focused on providing accessible herbal wellness products.
